Deborah

Deborah is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 25 years of clinical experience and has been licensed since 1998. She serves as the Clinical Supervisor for Associates at Empowered Path Clinical Counseling, providing thoughtful, supportive supervision to developing clinicians as they grow in confidence, competence, and ethical practice.

Deborah's clinical work spans a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, divorce and life transitions, addiction recovery, anger management, self-esteem, communication challenges, and social skills development. She has extensive experience supporting individuals and families through complex emotional and relational dynamics.

Deborah’s supervision style is collaborative, grounded, and growth-oriented. She is known for helping associates strengthen clinical judgment, integrate theory into practice, and develop their own authentic therapeutic voice while maintaining strong ethical and professional standards.
